Ingredients
- 8 Oz of Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Ardence Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Bastille du Laval
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup of Oat Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Veggie Broth
- 6 Tbs of Cornstarch
- 2 Cloves of minced Garlic
- 3 Tsp of Smoked Salt from Neolea
- 2 Tsp of Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp of Black Pepper
The recipe
- Prepare the sauce:
- In a medium-sized skillet, heat the Ardence Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Bastille du Laval.
- Stir in the cornstarch until a paste forms.
- Incorporate the Cream Cheese thoroughly.
- Pour in the Veggie broth and mix.
- Gradually add the milk while whisking until the mixture thickens.
- Season with Smoked Salt from Neolea, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Finish by adding the Parmesan and mixing once again.
