White Chocolate & Apricot Tiramisu Cups

As the weather outside was gloomy, I craved something warm and comforting. Tiramisu is always a go-to dessert in our home, but I wanted something that could be enjoyed in a cup while watching a movie, like a cozy comfort food. That’s when the inspiration for this recipe struck me!

This dessert recipe for Mascarpone Cream and White Chocolate with Biscotti and Apricot Spread in a cup is the perfect indulgent and satisfying treat. The recipe

  1. Take a small pan and melt the white chocolate with milk. Set it aside to cool down.
  2. Whisk mascarpone and sugar in a large bowl until they are evenly blended. Avoid over-whisking, or the cream will not be smooth.
  3. Whisk heavy cream in a separate bowl until it forms peaks on your whisk.
  4. Mix whipped cream with mascarpone, but do not whisk.
  5. Add the cold melted white chocolate to the cream.
  6. Break the biscotti into small pieces to create a crumble-like texture.
  7. Grab cups and pour one small ladle of mascarpone cream into each.
  8. Create an in-between layer using biscotti crumbs and two tablespoons of organic apricot spread.
  9. Add another ladle of cream, and on the top layer, sprinkle the remaining biscotti crumbles and melted white chocolate.
  10. Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least three hours.
  11. Enjoy !
